Ending Services: Either the client or Mint Group Private Care may discontinue services with reasonable notice. Immediate termination may occur when necessary for client or caregiver safety, nonpayment, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances that make continuing services inappropriate.

🕐 Minimum Visit Requirement: All scheduled home care services require a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per visit, allowing enough time to provide meaningful, unhurried care.
All included in your hourly rate — your care plan can include any combination of the following.
Conversation, activities, meal companionship, errands, and transportation.
Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Routine support, redirection, safety monitoring, and cognitive engagement.
Evening routine, overnight supervision, toileting assistance, and morning routine.
Couples who receive services during the same visit are welcome. If both individuals require caregiving services, each person will receive their own assessment, care plan, and service agreement. Pricing will be discussed during the assessment based on the level of care each individual requires.
