Welcome to Mint Group Private Care. By accessing this website or requesting services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Mint Group Private Care provides nonmedical private duty care to adults who wish to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Services may include companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, overnight care, respite care, and other agreed upon nonmedical support.
Mint Group Private Care does not provide emergency medical services or nursing services unless specifically authorized and permitted by applicable law.
Every new client begins with a care assessment. The assessment allows us to better understand the client's needs, develop an appropriate care plan, and determine service availability.
Submitting a care request or completing an online assessment does not guarantee that services will be accepted or scheduled.
Services are provided by appointment and are based on availability. A minimum of four (4) consecutive hours is required for all scheduled care visits.
Service requests may be accepted, declined, or modified based on staffing availability, travel distance, scheduling conflicts, or the client's care needs.
Any estimate provided through our website or Care Cost Estimator is for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on the in-home assessment, travel requirements, weekends, holidays, scheduling needs, and individualized care requirements.
Clients and families agree to provide accurate information regarding the client's condition, medications, mobility, and care needs. Clients are responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe home environment for caregivers.
Aggressive animals should be secured during care visits unless otherwise agreed upon.
Mint Group Private Care reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services when necessary, including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, harassment or abuse, threats or violence, illegal activity, requests outside the caregiver's scope of practice, or repeated nonpayment.
Whenever appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided before services are discontinued.
Mint Group Private Care is not an emergency response service. If a medical emergency occurs, clients or family members should immediately call 911.
Information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, or financial advice.
